hi, so i want to download both justice league flashpoint paradox and thunderbolt but everytime that i click the download bottom, it alway show the white screen with a countdown that was counting 5 second, i thought it was supposed to count to zero and gave me the download but instead it still count to negetive second and it still count so can you fix it.
